Centuries in the T20 format are a rare business. The format becomes more challenging when it comes to the IPL, with the stronger sides battling each other.

So far, over 100 centuries have been scored in the tournament by 50+ different batsmen, with half of them being Indian players.

Shubman Gill is the new entrant to the list after scoring three centuries in 2023 and one in 2024. Followed by KL Rahul and Jos Buttler, who scored two and four centuries in the 2022 season, respectively.

14 other batsmen have scored two centuries – Shikhar Dhawan, Ben Stokes, Ajinkya Rahane, Virender Sehwag, Adam Gilchrist, Hashim Amla, Jonny Bairstow, Brendon McCullum, Murali Vijay, Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Suryakumar Yadav, and Quinton de Kock.

From the above list, only Shane Watson has a century in the IPL Final. He scored a match-winning 117* runs for CSK against SRH in the Playoffs.
