Cummins has so far led Australia in Tests and ODIs. And his first wins in both formats as captain came against England almost a year apart in 2021 and 2022.
Earlier in 2025, when Cummins led Australia in the Sydney Test against India, he became the 11th Australian to lead the team in 50 matches across formats. His overall wins also put him in the top 10 successful captains from Australia.
